Consultation Appointment

A $50 Consultation is reserved exclusively for discussing your hair goals, scalp analysis, treatment recommendations, and personalized service plan. Consultation appointments do not include same-day services.

SameDay Shampoo and Style Experience

Guests requesting a same-day Signature Shampoo, Style & Deep Hydration Conditioning Treatment are required to submit a $150 payment at the time of booking. This payment reserves your appointment and includes your consultation before services begin.

Payment Policy

All payments, deposits, custom orders, services, retail products, and HER™ Glueless HD Lace Units are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

Guest Policy

To maintain the intimate luxury experience at Kenny Cole Salon, children and additional guests are not permitted unless they are scheduled to receive services. Due to limited seating, only clients with appointments are permitted in the salon.
